TO RESPONDENT KAMRI MOBLEY TAKE NOTICE that a Petition for Sale in Lieu of Partition has been filed in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, in the above-captioned special proceeding. The Petition seeks an Order authorizing the sale of certain real property commonly known as: 411 Echodale Drive Charlotte, North Carolina 28217 The purpose of this proceeding is to obtain an Order authorizing a sale in lieu of partition of the above-described real property and to determine the respective interests of the parties, including any necessary adjustments.
