TAKE NOTICE that a Complaint, Declaration of Taking and Notice of Deposit seeking relief against you has been filed in the above-entitled condemnation action. The nature of the relief being sought is as follows:
The determination of just compensation for the acquisition of property necessary for the Harrisburg Road SUP-Winterwood to Sam Dee Project, consisting of 3,808 square feet (0.087 acres) of fee simple inside existing right-of-way, 2,157 square feet (0.049 acres) of sidewalk utility easement, and 1,556 square feet (0.035 acres) of temporary construction easement as it relates to Tax Parcel #111-311-46.
You are required to make defense of such pleading no later than twelve months after the first date of publication of this Notice, and upon failure to do so, the Plaintiff, City of Charlotte, will apply to the Court for the relief sought.
