Kent and Gertrude N. Blair House" as set forth below to be conducted at 5:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as practicable, on Monday, February 23, 2026, at the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Government Center, 600 East Fourth Street, Charlotte, North Carolina 28202. All interested parties are invited to present comments at the public hearing regarding the "R. Kent and Gertrude N. Blair House" historic designation.
